Returns Policy
Because all our tiles are ordered to your specification we are unable to offer
the option to return unused or unwanted tiles that are not incorrect or faulty.
For this reason, if you place an order after seeing the tile on the website, we
require that you either view the selected tile in person, or that you explicitly
waive the right
to return the goods as per
distance selling regulations. We would always recommend that you view a sample
of the tile before placing an order.
Of course, if there is a
fault with the item, we will replace any damaged tiles as long as we are
notified in writing within 7 days of the tiles being delivered.
In the unlikely event that you do have an issue with an item, please get in
touch via our

Please note that we reserve the right to send
items back to you that have been returned to us after 7 days unless they are
faulty.

Terrazzo Tiles prides itself on a quick and efficient service and we ship our goods using premium quality packaging and items are thoroughly checked before being packed.
Orders in the UK will be
despatched in 7-14 working days and delivery is by pallet.
